Why hire a Caterer?
A caterer takes care of the food and beverage needs of your guests and lets them know they are important. Chef curated food spreads bring an atmosphere of event importance and an elevated atmosphere. A chef driven caterer is better able to deliver diversity in menus and accommodate guests. Letting the professionals handle the culinary part of an event, saves the event host time while easing stress. A host has more flexibility to enjoy their event and focus on other details.
What kind of food is served:
The ultimate goal of our catering services is to accommodate various dietary needs, yet still provide an attractive and delectable food spread. We are a specialty caterer that strives on food innovation and artistic creativity. Check out website and social media accounts for sample menus and photos.
What to expect on event day:
Head chef & staff will arrive 2 hours before event start time to set up food serving related areas. The set up of dining tables, chairs, and linens are not done by our staff, unless otherwise discussed. Food will be served for 1.5 – 3 hours, dependent upon event details. Coffee, Tea, and/or beverage station will be maintained throughout event. Catering team will thoroughly clean kitchen area and serving area of dining room. Catering team will assist with trash & recycling removal from kitchen & catering service areas.
